Special characteristics: Conductive Masterbatch MP701 is engineered for tri-layer sheet co-extrusion and is compatible with most multi-layer extrusion machines. It provides a stable balance of mechanical strength and permanent conductivity. The external conductive layers are typically formulated with 40% MP701 and 60% HIPS(High impact polystyrene), co-extruded with a non-conductive middle layer for cost efficiency. Typical applications of conductive PS sheets made from MP701 include vacuum-formed conductive trays and other ESD-protective packaging.
