Special characteristics: Conductive Masterbatch CPE6002 is formulated from conductive car bon black and a polyethylene copolymer. It offers an excellent balance of mechanical properties and permanent conductivity, specifically developed for the blown film extrusion process. CPE6002 can be processed on most types of blown film extruders and can be diluted with 35% virgin PE. It is primarily used to produce conductive packaging films designed to mitigate the hazards of electrostatic dis charge (ESD), making it ideal for handling and packaging explosive powders, pigments (ATEX), and electronic components.
